The dataset contains commercial building data for every entry in the Building Energy Efficiency register, developed as part of the Building Property Disclosure Program. The dataset includes information about individual buildings, including building location, floor area, NABERS star rating, estimated annual energy consumption and detailed tenancy lighting assessments. Assessor details are also provided for each building assessment. The dataset is updated on a weekly basis.
